Our space is ideal for intimate gatherings. In compliance with fire code, we cannot exceed 49 guests at one time.

We host a wide variety of events including birthdays, baby and bridal showers, graduations, workshops, business meetings, wellness classes, and more. If you can dream it, we can host it!

Yes! The space is yours to do what you want with it. Please bring your food already prepared as our space does not have a kitchen. We are happy to recommend local caterers as well!

Yes, alcohol may be allowed at private events, but must follow Montana regulations:

• If alcohol is not being sold (private event), hosts may serve alcohol to their guests with proof of Event Liability Insurance. This is something we will walk you through.

• If alcohol is being sold, a licensed and insured vendor/bartender with the proper Montana permits is required.

• All events must follow legal drinking age laws and responsible service practices.

We ask that all clients leave the space in the condition it was found.

• A cleaning fee may be applied if excessive mess, trash, or décor removal is required after your event.

• Any damages to the space, furniture, or décor will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in an additional charge.

Downtown Hamilton offers free, 2 hour parking M-F from 10 AM-5 PM. Availability varies depending on day of the week and time of day. There is additional parking nearby at the American Legion Park and at City Hall on weekends.
