• Our space is ideal for intimate gatherings. In compliance with fire code, we cannot exceed 49 guests at one time.

  • We host a wide variety of events including birthdays, baby and bridal showers, graduations, workshops, business meetings, wellness classes, and more. If you can dream it, we can host it!

  • Yes! The space is yours to do what you want with it. Please bring your food already prepared as our space does not have a kitchen. We are happy to recommend local caterers as well!

  • Yes, alcohol may be allowed at private events, but must follow Montana regulations:

    • If alcohol is not being sold (private event), hosts may serve alcohol to their guests with proof of Event Liability Insurance. This is something we will walk you through.

    • If alcohol is being sold, a licensed and insured vendor/bartender with the proper Montana permits is required.

    • All events must follow legal drinking age laws and responsible service practices.

  • We ask that all clients leave the space in the condition it was found.

    • A cleaning fee may be applied if excessive mess, trash, or décor removal is required after your event.

    • Any damages to the space, furniture, or décor will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in an additional charge.

  • Downtown Hamilton offers free, 2 hour parking M-F from 10 AM-5 PM. Availability varies depending on day of the week and time of day. There is additional parking nearby at the American Legion Park and at City Hall on weekends.

  • Yes! Our W + S Signature package includes personalized party planning to help bring your vision to life.

  • Yes! We love partnering with instructors and small businesses for recurring classes, workshops, and events.
